Call for House League Coaches & Convenors - 2025-26 Season

Dear KGHA Families,

As we prepare for the 2025-26 hockey season, we're reaching out to our amazing hockey community to help us create a fun, inclusive, and rewarding experience for all our players. We’re currently looking for volunteers for two important roles:

 House League Division Convenors (U7/U9, U11/U13, U15/U18)

Are you organized, communicative, and passionate about the game? This is a fantastic opportunity to support our players and coaches/managers in a meaningful way!  

Convenors play a key role in coordinating and overseeing specific age divisions within our house league. They work closely with coaches and managers, are the first point of contact for questions or concerns, and act as a key liaison between the families and the association.  This is an off-ice role and therefore no hockey experience (or skating!) needed—just a love for the game and a willingness to pitch in and be a part of the action behind the scenes!

 Coaches - All House League Age Divisions (U7 to U18)

We’re looking for passionate, supportive individuals to coach across all levels for the 2025-26 season. Whether you're an experienced coach or considering stepping behind the bench for the first time, we want to hear from you!

We are especially encouraging women to get involved—your leadership, mentorship, and presence make a huge impact both on and off the ice. Our goal is to build a coaching team that reflects the diversity of our players and inspires the next generation.

That said, all are welcome to apply! If you’re enthusiastic about hockey and committed to creating a positive experience for our players, this is your chance to make a real difference.
