Your KGHA Executive is pleased to announce that the 2021-22 Season AGM is currently being planned. 

Join us to learn more and be part of the plans for the year ahead!

When: Tuesday, May 31 - 7pm - 8:30pm.

Executive Positions Available (2 year terms)

Further to our announcement on May 2nd scheduling our Annual General Meeting for May 31st, the KGHA is seeking nominations for the following positions:
  • VP Competitive (Interview position)
  • Development Coordinator(Interview position)
  • Treasurer (Interview Position)
  • VP House
  • Ice Scheduler (2 positions)
  • VP Finance & Admin
  • Risk and Safety
  • Tournaments
  • Communications
Non-interview positions will be elected at the AGM. Should you wish to nominate yourself for one of the above roles please email Candidates for interview positions should also include a brief resume outlining relevant experience. Interviews will be scheduled for early June.

KGHA Constitutional Amendments

The following Constitutional Amendments have been proposed and will be presented for voting at the AGM:
  • Update to Terminology in Conflict of Interest Policy
  • Extension of Two Signature policy for expenses/cheques to contracts

Additional Volunteer Opportunities

In addition to elected officers the KGHA is seeking volunteers that can share their professional expertise in areas like IT, Legal, Writing and Editing.
