Under 15 (U15) - U15 DS - Murray

Coach's Letter

Give the opportunity for a higher level of competition and skill development to higher-end house league players looking to move to competitive or looking for more than house league alone offers.
Assuming enough interest, this will be tryout based - it is not an open invitation for players of all skill levels looking for more development time.

Aiming for a roster of 22 to 25 players, 17 designated as the Main Roster, 5 to 8 designated as Alternates
The main roster will participate in all practices, exhibition games, and tournaments
Alternates will participate in all practices and may be invited to participate in some exhibition games or tournaments when there are absences
Main Roster players should expect team fees of around $450-500, Alternate players should expect team fees of around $100-150

Weekly practices on Tuesdays (full ice 1/3 of the time) from November to the end of March/early April (~20 ice times)
A second full ice practice approximately every other week (~10 ice times)
Two tournaments - Ottawa Family Day weekend (Feb 17-19) and Brampton Easter weekend (Apr 7-9)
Eight exhibition games - provided we find DS opponents
