KGHA | OSWHC Competitive Coach Application Announcement
KGHA together with the OSWHC are seeking coach applications for U18AA and U15AA for the upcoming 2026-2027 season.
KGHA along with its high-performance program are committed to fostering a competitive, positive and developmental environment for all our athletes. We pride ourselves on our core values which include excellence, accountability, respect, integrity, positivity, and resilience.
Responsibilities for coaches include:
- Developing and implementing practice plans that align with the organization’s coaching philosophy.
- Communicating effectively with players, parents, and fellow staff.
- Fostering a positive team culture based on respect and teamwork.
- Adhering to KGHA’s code of conduct and principles.
How to apply:
Interested candidates should complete the official KGHA Competitive Coach Application Form.
Please submit/email your completed application, along with a brief statement outlining your coaching philosophy, to OSWHC General Manager, Natasha Danschinko at gmladysens@kgha.ca as well as KGHA President, Nick Farah at president@kgha.ca.
The deadline to apply is Saturday November 22nd, 2025. The Coach Selection Committee will review all submissions, and only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
